Is this therapy? Is it NLP?

The 1-1 HL experience is one of safety, warmth, and compassion. It is not therapy. With a largely left-brained process, we work at the level of core beliefs, allowing clients to experience permanent shifts in patterns they’ve carried for years.

We integrate the framework that one’s mind and psyche is a system of parts, borrowed from Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS). And we employ the principles of the Lefkoe Method.

It’s not NLP. It’s a fundamental, root-level approach for the 21st century and beyond

I've done years of therapy. How is this different?

Therapy is valuable and many clients come from years of it. The difference is the approach. Rather than exploring and processing patterns over time, this method works at the level of the belief itself. What does the program look like?

You’ll meet with Joel 1-hour a week for 12 weeks. Each week your life will change forever.

    1. Session 1 – define top 3 patterns to clear (e.g. money blocks, procrastination)
    2. Session 1-12 – Identify and remove root-cause beliefs, drastically reducing (or fully eliminating) the defined patterns
    Are results typical?

    Yes. The typical results for our clients is that their lives permanently shift after one session, with continued permanent shifts each week thereafter.
